This beautiful home, on the Elk River, offers a main bath, with a walk-in shower, with a double shower head! Definitely a must-see for those that are looking to bring their family or group for a week or weekend float trip! Imagine it, you get up in the morning, sit on the porch and watch the river go by while drinking your coffee. Then when the rest of the world awakens, it’s time to head over to put your kayaks, canoes or rafts in the Elk River and take a leisurely float trip down the Elk River.

The Cottage sleeps 12! This vacation rental includes two large bedrooms, each with two full-size beds and two hide-a-beds in the livingroom as well as additional seating during the day. Beautiful full kitchen with lots of cabinet space for your OWN cooking “gear”. Central heat and air. Large picnic table inside. Two newly remodeled bathrooms, one with a bidet! Wrap-around deck features evening shade. This cottage is located by the river, on the same side as the Bunk House and the River House (with shared river access). Outdoor fire pit and picnic table included.

Each of these Lodges comes with a full deck looking towards the river, and include 8 individual bedrooms (2 rooms with queen beds downstairs and 6 rooms with full beds upstairs) as well as 4 bathrooms with two futons for additional sleeping accommodations. Each offers a full kitchen, as well, but you will need to bring your own kitchen supplies (pots and pans, dishware, utensils, etc.) These vacation home rentals sleep up to 20 people, be sure to bring all your personal items, including bedding, towels and other linens.

At Shady Beach Campground, great facilities are our standard. We’ll make sure your stay with us is a memorable one when you choose the comfort and convenience of our camping cabins! These air-conditioned camping cabins accommodate up to 6 people with 3 full size beds. Downstairs is one bed, a table with 2 benches and vanity area. Upstairs in large loft is one full size futon and the small loft has a Futon jumbo mattress. You need to furnish your own bedding. On-site bathhouses are about 100 yards from the cabins. Each cabin has electricity, so feel free to bring some of your favorite comforts of home! You may also bring a portable toilet, as we have a dump station located by the bathhouse.
