Shady Beach Campground
Located in Noel, Missouri, our cabin and house rentals are in the heart of the Ozarks, offering a peaceful escape along the Elk River in southwest Missouri. Shady Beach Campground features air-conditioned cabins, vacation home rentals, primitive tent sites, and RV sites with water and electric hookups. Guests of all ages can enjoy ¼ mile of private beachfront, perfect for relaxing and swimming. We also offer select group areas designed to accommodate mixed camping preferences. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, booking an Elk River float trip is required to camp with us—so be sure to reserve your float in advance!

Choose from air-conditioned cabins and vacation home rentals—ideal for families, groups, or solo travelers looking to unwind after a day on the river—or settle into one of our grassy campsites for a classic outdoor experience under the stars.
RV campers will enjoy sites with water and electric hookups, while tent campers can relax in a peaceful, shaded setting. We also offer designated areas for groups with mixed camping preferences, making it easy to gather everyone together.

Shady Beach Campground has been family owned and operated by the Adamsons since 2000. What started as a way for our parents to retire while doing something that they truly enjoyed has grown into a place where families, friends and outdoor lovers of all ages can come together and make lasting memories.
As life long lovers of the outdoors, we take pride in sharing what we enjoy most – fresh air, time on the water and a relaxed place to unplug. From our floating rental equipment to our cabins, vacation homes and campsites, everything we offer is designed to help our guests slow down, have fun and feel right at home.
