Imagine it, you get up in the morning, sit on the porch and watch the river go by while drinking your coffee. Then when the rest of the world awakens, it's time to head over to put your kayaks, canoes or rafts in the Elk River and take a leisurely float trip down the Elk River.

At the end of your day, you can head back to the house to light the grill, and enjoy the comraderie of your friends and family! The PERFECT vacation is waiting for you here at Shady Beach Campground, in a new vacation home rental!

There is an over-sized garage, for those want to have a picnic indoors! It's air-conditioned and ready to go!

Mt. Shira House

A newly remodeled 3 bedroom - 1 - 1/2 bath vacation rental house.

The secluded and scenic location is nestled in the wooded hills about 1/2 mile above Shady Beach Campground.

This rental house is equipped with hardwood flooring throughout, central heat and air, a dual-headed, tiled, walk-in shower, a kitchen fully equipped with large kitchen appliances, bar with barstools and a hide-a-bed sofa.

The outside area of the rental is well shaded with lots of space. It also has an inground firepit with grill, two picnic tables and more are available upon request.

This rental is NOT located on the river, but does include full access to Shady Beach Campground.

Equipment rental with this location includes transporation to and from the cabin at no additional cost. Pickup times will need to be scheduled in advance.

The BUNK HOUSE is ready and reservations are being taken now!

The Bunk House sites on the Elk River, near the River House, with a full deck looking towards the river. The house includes 8 individual bedrooms (2 rooms with queen beds downstairs and 6 rooms with full beds upstairs) as well as 4 bathrooms. It also includes two hide-a-beds for additional sleeping accommodations. There is a full kitchen, as well, but you will need to bring your own kitchen supplies (pots and pans, dishware, utensils, etc.) This vacation home rental sleeps up to 20 people, be sure to bring all your personal items, including bedding, towels and other linens. We have also included central heat and air. There is a picnic table for your use.

The COTTAGE is ready to rent!

The Cottage sleeps 12! We are offering two large bedrooms, each with two full-size beds and two hide-a-beds in the livingroom as well as additional seating during the day, and a fireplace. Beautiful full kitchen with lots of cabinet space for your OWN cooking "gear". Large picnic table inside. Two bathrooms, one with a bidet! Wraparound deck features evening shade. This cottage is located by the river, on the same side as the Bunk House and the River House (with shared river access). Outdoor fire pit and picnic table included.
