Missouri Cabins & Lodging on the Elk River

At Shady Beach Campground, great facilities are our standard. We'll make sure your stay with us is a memorable one when you choose the comfort and convenience of our camping cabins! Reservations are required on weekends during our peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) so plan ahead!

You'll be no more than 200 yards from the Elk River!

Comfortable Missouri Camping Cabins

Our camping cabins accommodate 6 people with 3 full size beds. Downstairs is one bed, a table with 2 benches and vanity area with electric. Upstairs in large loft is one full size futon and the small loft has a Futon jumbo mattress. All cabins have A/C and heat for year round use. You need to furnish your own bedding. On-site bathhouses are about 100 yards from the cabins. Each cabin has electricity, so feel free to bring some of your favorite comforts of home! You may also bring a portable toilet, as we have a dump station located by the bathhouse.

Cabins Policies: No refunds will be given; however, if you must cancel, a 10 day notice is required in order to not forfeit your money. You may reschedule within 1 year of cancellation. Check in for cabins is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. All people staying in your cabin must sign in at the store when they arrive. Sorry, no pets allowed in cabins.

F.Y.I.: ALL FIRES OR CAMPFIRES MUST BE IN THE BURN BARRELS.

Please keep in mind camping and canoeing is an outdoor activity and we cannot control Mother Nature. Rain alone does not warrant a refund on camping or canoeing. Please come prepared.
